The follwing items may be required as part of your loan application:
- Copy of your most recent paycheck stubs (30 days)
- Copy of your Social Security Award letter
- Copy of your VA award letter
- Last 2 years tax returns with all schedules, W2s, K1s, and 1099s.
- Last 2 years business tax returns if you own more than 25%
- Last 2 months bank statements for accounts other than Home Federal
- Most recent investment statements (IRA, 401k, Mutual Funds, Stocks, etc.
- Copy of credit card statements being paid off at closing
- Copy of your divorce decree and property settlement statement
- Copy of your child support agreement
- Your college transcript
